I made arrangements to have my truck picked up at home for services at the dealer and the driver showed up actually 10 minutes early. I expected the truck to be gone all day, but it was all done by 130 pm, and back at my house 145. The coupon I planned to use was still in the truck, so I called and talked to Jacob about it and he got it applied to my account within about 10 minutes. So all in all an excellent experience. As an aside, I love that anytime I need a truck wash it's free!

Hope I got a good deal on used truck. Treated very nice until sale took place. Needed to leave for insurance and bank. Traffic horrible due to wreck got back to dealership and truck is not ready, getting brakes. Didn't want to drive loaner after reading I was responsible for gas if I drove over 50 miles...just home and back over 60. Then I questioned using my insurance with $1,000 deductible, I drove my trade in rather than loaner. Dealership should have called me when they knew truck not ready. I even called them to say I was stuck in traffic.. ...

Went in for an oil change & tire rotation. There was a lug nut problem that Ariane explained fully and worked hard to find the parts needed and to set up another appointment quickly to take care of the matter. Not surprisingly I went through 3 sales contacts during the 11 months my Maverick was on order. Ty was the person helping the final transaction. Elizabeth Kimple and Zack Jones were also helpful previously. The dealer added $449 for coating and nitro in tires, I did not request it but was told the dealer did this with all new cars. I would rather have had a choice.

Josh Rutschman was my service advisor that day and he's proven to be very helpful during my service appointment. He provided an in-depth look at what my car needed as far as service/maintenance.
