I visited Bruce Ford on December 31, 2025 to look at a used vehicle. While the staff initially appeared friendly, the interaction deteriorated quickly once pricing was discussed, and I ultimately walked away from the deal.
As soon as I attempted to negotiate the vehicle price, the salesperson shut the conversation down entirely. There was no counteroffer, no discussion of market comparisons, and no attempt to engage in a reasonable negotiation. Instead, I was cut off and told—quite bluntly—to buy a vehicle elsewhere.

I visited Port Orchard Ford with genuine interest in purchasing a Ford Raptor “R”. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I would expect when considering such a major purchase.

Purchased a new Maverick and had a very positive experience. Sales agent Ty was personable, straight forward, and quite competent and knowledgeable. Staff from the top down was courteous and there was a clear ethos of respect and appreciation for the buyer.
I got my car there and have always had it serviced there. Bruce Titus dose a great job and I will always go back.
I scheduled an appointment to get my truck looked at for a possible loose belt, two days later they said that they could not duplicate the problem. My vehicle sat there for two days and they absolutely did nothing to fix the issue. When I got my vehicle back, I started it up and the belts began to squeak. This is the worst service that I’ve received in the last 10 years. I will never take my vehicle back to this Ford dealership ever again..

For my semiannual maintenance, I trust their mechanics and since I bought the care there just keep going back every 6 months. However, this time they should have come out and asked if I wanted them to replace the brake fluid since it's dirty instead of saying it needed replace because now, I will have to make an extra trip, and I hate going to Port Orchard.
Reliable,trustworthy & fair and they actually know what they are doing. Josh the service manager always takes good care of my vehicles.

Awful Service. Wasted our time. Waiver needed for car wash. Lies about features included. Charged for service that was never completed. Will not update connect services for phone application. Overpriced services. Said service could be completed and they kept vehicle three days, I picked it up before service was done, we could have been driving our vehicle waiting for the parts to arrive. Sales attempted to do service himself. We were charged $7000 do to business with them above the cost of the vehicle.
