Ordered a new build king ranch F150. The build process was made easy. Once the vehicle arrived the final closing of the sale and delivery took about an hour. I decided to buy the 84 month bumper to bumper warranty. During the completion of the paper work they were able to find a $2,000 rebate. In addition to the deal oil changes for life. Was pleased with the deal. It was made easy.

I trusted that my vehicle was being worked on and I would be getting the vehicle soon. After the week of zero communication, I decided that I was tired of waiting on an update and called. I was told my vehicle was not going to be ready for ANOTHER week and my parts hadn't even arrived yet. I was told my parts were set to arrive at the beginning of that week, for the vehicle to be done at the end. It was Wednesday when I called.
After requesting to speak to the Manager of the service department, Rick; I was told he was out and wouldn’t be back till the following week. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a call back, nor was I asked if I wanted to leave a message.
Every single point of contact I had with this service department was initiated by me. I understand family emergencies, or vacations but to just be told “she’s/he’s not here today” is not okay. Why isn’t another service advisor available to advise what’s going on with my vehicle? Why isn’t anybody following up?
I will never recommend this service department ESPECIALLY when I went to pick up my vehicle and was not greeted, nor was I asked what I was looking to do. I was looked at as if I was not welcomed, I wasn’t spoken too at all and was just given dirty looks by the employees who were getting ready to leave for the day. When I didn’t say anything, I was finally asked “what are you doing here?” By a woman who was worried about counting coin rather then greeting the person who has never been to this dealer and doesn’t know where she needs go.
I will never be recommending this dealer/service department to anyone and I’ll warn anyone who will be bringing their vehicle here. Good luck.
Great service department friendly excellent knowledge kept diagnosing my truck until the technician figured out the problems. Did all the repairs truck runs excellent couldn't be more happy.

Very friendly MOBILE team arrived when scheduled, asked pertinent questions, explained what to expect, performed services requested (oil/filter change, tire pressures, safety check on a RV), completed their work in a timely manner, answered my questions, cleaned up the work area, and left. I am VERY pleased with this team and how much their mobile service saved me time, effort, money. THANK YOU.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I had to call myself just to find out what was happening with my sister's vehicle—even though I'm her brother and live halfway across the country. It's unacceptable that a mother of three was left without a vehicle for 22 days because of poor communication between departments. Customers deserve timely updates, honest communication, and follow-through. Ariana, please stop making promises that can't be kept and focus on providing the level of service your customers expect and deserve. There is significant room for improvement.

We just had our 7,500 MI maintenance done by the mobile service team they did a great job. I probably will never take my truck into the shop again unless it's something big that the mobile service team cannot do.
In for a normal oil change. Waiting area is accommodating and they provide little extras (popcorn, bananas, candy) to help pass the time.

Went in for a recall on my 2020f350 on the upper steering shaft. They gave me a ride home then came and picked me up. I live 30 miles away. They then performed a full inspection. The technician sent a video review out. First rate facility. Ill be going back for all my needs

George was on time and very efficient. He completed the recall fix quickly. You should get him a company cell phone, though, so it doesn’t show up as Idaho when he calls.

As soon as I attempted to negotiate the vehicle price, the salesperson shut the conversation down entirely. There was no counteroffer, no discussion of market comparisons, and no attempt to engage in a reasonable negotiation. Instead, I was cut off and told—quite bluntly—to buy a vehicle elsewhere.
I provided a legitimate comparable for the same make and model listed at $33,988 from Driveway and explained that I preferred to buy locally to avoid shipping fees. Rather than addressing that comparison, the salesperson responded in a scolding tone and questioned why I had come in at all. The exchange felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational.
I was then told the dealership had already taken a $1,200 loss on the vehicle. This was confusing, as the listed price had been reduced only modestly ($500), and this alleged loss had never been mentioned in prior discussions. Regardless, it was presented as a reason to end negotiations rather than as part of a transparent pricing conversation.
Negotiation is a normal and expected part of the used car buying process. What disappointed me most was not the inability to reach my target price, but the unwillingness to even have a professional discussion about it. Once negotiation was introduced, the tone shifted and the experience ended on a sour note.
Buyers looking for flexibility or a collaborative sales process should be aware of this before visiting.
The two guys who came out were completely professional and showed that they cared about my truck, and the services they were performing. I look forward to, and hope they come out again next time.
